1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-02 intends to apply the sum of PhP9, 751, 480.84 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multilevel Parking at Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center (Phase III), Barangay III, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur-PGIS-104-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the Construction of Multilevel Parking at Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center (Phase III), Barangay III, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.
