Tender Details

The subject of the order is the construction of a public utility building - a village community center with internal installations, a tight tank for sewage, a photovoltaic installation and the performance of land development works. 1315/239 in Ptakowice, in accordance with the design documentation approved by the architectural and construction authority and with building permit No. 393/25. The scope of the order includes the purchase and equipment of the utility room and kitchen as well as the purchase and installation of a composter - 2 pieces. Before starting the works, residents of neighboring plots should be informed about the commencement of the works. NOTE: The Ordering Party informs that the section from the entrance from ul. The openings to the part of the plot intended for construction are of variable width, w at its widest point, the entrance is approx. 2.80 m wide. After completing the construction works, the Contractor is obliged to prepare as-built documentation, including, among others: preparation of as-built geodetic inventory, approvals, declarations, approvals and certificates for materials used, reports of inspections, tests, etc. and obtaining the necessary decisions or certificates...
