Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the construction works at least 1 (one) number of 14 (fourteen) storied RCC building construction work including Sanitary, Water Supply & Internal Electrification with a minimum value of Tk 65.00 (sixty-five point zero zero) Crore. in a single contract under public sector successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years.(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 70.00 (seventy point zero zero) crore. over the last 5 (five) financial years. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset i.e. Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit (must be submit in Form e-PW3-8) of Tk 18.00 (eighteen point zero zero) Crore.
