The LGU - Cawayan, Masbate, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 4, 850, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE STRUCTURE (EVACUATION CENTER PHASE 1) @ BRGY. VILLAHERMOSA, CAWAYAN, MASBATE, 2026-CM-INFRA-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
