Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the implementation of the investment called "Construction of a multi-purpose sports field with a synthetic surface along with technical infrastructure at the School Complex No. 4. Ziemia Podlaska at ul. Hoowieskiej 18 w Bielsk Podlaski STAGE I, in accordance with: 1) designs, Appendix No. 9 to SWZ; 2) bill of quantities, Appendix No. 10 to SWZ; 3) specification of technical execution and acceptance of the works, Appendix No. 11 to SWZ. 2. The contractor will complete the subject of the order to the extent and in the manner specified in the above-mentioned annexes, in accordance with applicable regulations, standards and construction practices.3. Additional notes: The subject of the order will be covered by a warranty period of 5 to 7 years, counting from the date of submitting the entire order with the final works acceptance protocol. If in the description the subject of the order contains any trademark, patent or origin, it should be assumed that the Ordering Party provides such a description with an indication of the type (model) and allows the submission of equivalent offers with technical, operational and utility parameters not worse than those given under the heading of type.
