1. The subject of the order is the execution of the task titled: Construction of a multi-purpose sports field at the Primary School in Gazomia Stara2. The subject of the order is the construction of a sports field at the Primary School in Gazomia Stara, which will include: - sports field multifunctional, - pico grabs, - hardening, - small architectural elements (bicycle racks, benches, garbage bins), - LED solar pitch lighting. The scope of work includes in particular: a) construction of a multi-purpose sports field with a polyurethane surface. 32x19 m together with equipment and traps with a height of 6 m; b) construction of access to the pitch; c) performance of works related to shaping slopes and construction of green areas; d) construction of LED + solar lighting for the pitch; e) construction and installation of an information board containing information about the sources of investment financing and the logo of the Voivodeship according to the Employer's guidelines (template attached to the SWZ) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Design Documentation (Construction Design and Bill of Quantities) and Specification Technical Execution and Acceptance of Works constituting Annexes to the SWZ, however, it should be borne in mind that the bill of quantities due to the...
