1. The subject of the order is the execution of the task titled: Construction of a multi-purpose sports field at the Primary School in Gazomia Stara2. The subject of the order is the construction of a sports field at the Primary School in Gazomia Stara, which will include: - sports field multifunctional, - pico catches, - hardening, - small architectural elements (bicycle racks, benches, garbage bins), - LED solar pitch lighting. The scope of work includes in particular: a) construction of a multi-purpose sports field with a polyurethane surface. 32x19 m together with equipment and traps, 6 m high; b) construction of access to the pitch; c) performance of works related to shaping slopes and construction of green areas; d) construction of LED + solar lighting for the pitch; e) construction and installation of an information board containing information about the sources of financing for the investment and the logo of the Voivodeship in accordance with the Employer's guidelines.
