1. The Local Government Unit of Balo-i, Lanao del Norte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (PhP 10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract: CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE PUBLIC SERVICE FACILITY IN BARANGAY NANGKA, BALOI, LDN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Balo-i, Lanao del Norte now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE PUBLIC SERVICE FACILITY IN BARANGAY NANGKA, BALOI, LDN.
