San Jose, Samal District, Island Garden City of Samal, through the Barangay Funds intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and Seventy-Six Centavos Only (Php769, 999.76) being the ABC to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE PAVEMENT UNDER PR#19 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The LGU-Brgy. San Jose, Samal District, Island Garden City of Samal, through the Barangay Funds intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and Seventy-Six Centavos Only (Php769, 999.76) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
