MUNICIPALITY OF MATANAO
1.The Local Government Unit of Matanao utilizes the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 600, 000.00) from CY 2026 20% LGDF under the Supplemental Budget for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Brgy. New Murcia, Matanao, Davao del Sur. The BAC of the LGU intends to apply the same amount of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Pavement at Barangay New Murcia, Matanao, Davao del Sur under Project I.D. No. 10-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Local Government Unit of Matanao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project applying the IRR of RA No. 12009. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety Calendar Days (90 CD).
