INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI PURPOSE PAVEMENT AT CRASER CANSILAYAN, LUBIGAN, ZAMBOANGA CITY
1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF LUBIGAN, through the Barangay Annual Budget for FY 2015 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 250, 000.00 ) ONLY being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi Purpose pavement at Craser Cansilayan Lubigan, Zamboanga City with Project Reference No. CW 16-01 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF LUBIGAN now invites bids for the Construction of Multi Purpose pavement at Craser Cansilayan with a Length of 50.00 Ln. M.; Sub Grade Preparation Q= 250.00 sq.m, . Aggregate Sub Base Course Q= 45.00 cu.m., Portland Cement Concrete Pavement Q= 200.00 Sq.m., and Road Shouldering Q= 9.00 cu.m.. Completion of Works is required within Seven (7 ) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar in the project with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC and to meet the other minimum eligibility requirements stated in the eligibility documents.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the -A"Government Procurement Reform Act-A
