1. The BARANGAY KALIPAYAN BURAUEN, LEYTE through the 20% Economic Development fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty-five Thousand One Hundred Pesos Only (Php 335, 100.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL PHASE V OF BARANGAY KALIPAYAN BURAUEN, LEYTE Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY KALIPAYAN BURAUEN, LEYTE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by twenty (40) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within (40) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
