Description : Barangay Bagumbayan through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Contractors to bid for the above-mentioned project with the sum of SIX MILLION PESOS ONLY (PhP 6, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL PHASE 2.
1. Prospective bidders should have undertaken a similar project within five (5) years from the date of bidding and accredited.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding process using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired/purchased by interested Bidders on November 28, 2025 to December 15, 2025 during office hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) at the Office of Bids and Awards Committee, Barangay Bagumbayan, Taguig City upon payment of non-refundable fee amounting to PhP 10, 000.00.
4. The Eligibility Statement and Screening Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and its IRR.
