1) The Local Government Unit of Bagabag, through the SN Aboitiz Power Magat Inc., (CSR Fund CY 2025) and Supplemental Fund No. 1 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Five pesos and Forty Centavos only (₱748, 955.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Pirpose Hall at Nangalisan Elementary School, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
