1) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE through the 20% DF intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS ONLY (PhP1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL AT BRGY. POTOT-PHASE 1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Hall at Brgy. Potot-Phase 1. Completion of the Works is required within 57 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
