₱488, 505.71 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for
CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE GYM/ EVACUATION CENTER (PHASE II)
Bids Received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
