1) The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 7, 300, 000.00), under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Facility at Brgy. Valenzuela, Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PGNE now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required by one hundred sixty-five (165) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
