1) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND and FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos only (₱ 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE FACILITIES (ECCD RESOURCE CENTER) AT MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT PREMISES (PHASE 1). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE FACILITIES (ECCD RESOURCE CENTER) AT MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT PREMISES (PHASE 1) Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days.
