1) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF MUNTINLUPA, through the 2026 Executive Budget intends to apply the sum of ₱26, 939, 884.99 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Covered Court at Orange St., Ruby Park, Victoria Homes Subdivision, Brgy. Tunasan, Muntinlupa (Phase 2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF MUNTINLUPA now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Covered Court at Orange St., Ruby Park, Victoria Homes Subdivision, Brgy. Tunasan, Muntinlupa (Phase 2) Completion of the Works is required within 210 calendar days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed.
