1) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the PAMANA GRANT and GF-20% EDF CY-2023&2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE CENTER AT SITIO CADARAGAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE CENTER AT SITIO CADARAGAN in Sitio Cadaragan, Barangay Can-aponte premises. Completion of the Works is required 240 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
