CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE CENTER AT PUROK 1, BRGY. I
1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the 2026 20% MDF / BF intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Two Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Five Pesos (₱ 902, 745.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Center at Purok 1, Brgy. I. Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Center at Purok 1, Brgy. I using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the civil works is required 70 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
