Description : INVITATION to BID for
CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE CENTR
1. The Municipal Government of Marabut, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (₱ 6, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Marabut now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Center/ 30 m x 20 m Basketball Court in Brgy. Legaspi, Marabut, Samar. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred (100) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
