The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF MAGUINDANAO DEL SUR, through the Annual Budget for Calendar Year 2025 intends to apply the sum SEVEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND PESOS (7, 419, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (FOOD STALL) AT MAGUINDANAO DEL SUR Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF MAGUINDANAO DEL SUR now invites bids CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (FOOD STALL) AT MAGUINDANAO DEL SUR. Delivery of the Goods is required within 100 Calendar Days effective upon receipt of Purchase Order. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders.
