1.The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos and Ten Centavos (Php 2, 999, 755.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Sitio Gawahon, Poblacion Dos, Malabuyoc, Cebu with Advertisement Number 2026-052. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
