Description : 1. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, through A.O. 05-2026, R.A. 7171 (2023 Share), intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Eight Pesos and Thirty-One Centavos (Php10, 225, 728.31), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, San Antonio, 2026-23. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the time of bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works has required 180 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
