1. The Barangay government of Policarpo, San Luis, Agusan del Sur, reserve the amount of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand pesos (P 450, 000.00) From The Barangay Development Fund (20% BDF 2026) of Barangay Policarpo intended for the procurement of Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Phase III).
2. The Barangay Policarpo now invites bids for the “Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Phase III)”.
3. The documents required in the Eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the Bidders as provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
