1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Balit, San Luis, Agusan del Sur, reserve the amount of Five Hundred Thousand pesos (P 500, 000.00) from BDF 2025 intended for the “Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Phase II)”.
2. The Barangay Balit now invites bids for the “Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Phase II)”.
3. The documents required in the Eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the Bidders as provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) OF Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
