1. The Municipality of Cabatuan, Isabela, through the 20% Local Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos & 05/100 (P 4, 312, 599.05 )being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building(Phase-1) at Canan, Cabatuan, Isabela with Project Identification Number 2026-18. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Cabatuan, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using the Competitive Bidding. Completion of Works is required for 145 days Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
