1) The Local Government Unit of Talacogon, Agusan del Sur, through the 20% LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FUND, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Old PNP Building) Phase II. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
