1) The Municipal Government of Mogpog, through the FY 2026 20% CDF Current Appropriation / FY 2025 Continuing Appropriation intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINE PESOS AND 33/100 (P 6, 698, 809.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING/ MUNICIPAL WAREHOUSE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
