1) The Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Palompon, through the 20% Economic Development Fund of the Annual Budget 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand (P 2, 100, 000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building-Masaba located at Brgy. Masaba, Palompon, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
