Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (MAMARA COVERED COURT)
1) The Local Government Unit of Paluan, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Eighteen Pesos and 28/100 (Php3, 999, 818.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Bulding (Mamara Covered Court) with ID No. 12 - 26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Paluan now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Bulding (Mamara Covered Court). Completion of the Works is required 131 CD. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders. (ITB).
