Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT MALINAO, NAUJAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO
1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the 20% DF 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Seven Hundred Six Pesos and 68/100 (Php 1, 993, 706.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Malinao, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2026-044)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 78 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
