Invitation to Bid for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Liboran, Baungon, Bukidnon
1) The Municipal Government of Baungon, Bukidnon, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian year 2025, intends to apply the sum of ₱ 994, 960.90 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Liboran, Baungon, Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Baungon, Bukidnon, now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
