Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at LGU Farm Phase III
1) The Municipality of Kitcharao, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (PhP 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at LGU Farm Phase III. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Kitcharao now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at LGU Farm Phase III. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
