INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (LEGISLATIVE-SB BUILDING PHASE 1 AND PHASE 2)
1. The Municipality of Jaen, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of TWELVE MILLION TWO HUNDERED SIXTY ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY TWO PESOS AND SIXTY CENTAVOS (12, 261, 242.60) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (LEGISLATIVE-SB BUILDING PHASE 1 AND PHASE 2) /ITB-Trust Fund-01A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Jaen now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (LEGISLATIVE-SB BUILDING PHASE 1 AND PHASE 2). Completion of the Works required 360 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years, a contract similar to the Project.
