INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (LEGISLATIVE - SB BUILDING PHASE 2)

1. The Municipality of Jaen, through the General Fund (20%) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱11, 600, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (LEGISLATIVE - SB BUILDING PHASE 2)/ITB-2024-20%-011. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Jaen now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (LEGISLATIVE - SB BUILDING PHASE 2). Completion of the Works required 300 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years, a contract similar to the Project.
