1. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod, Davao del Norte intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (Php 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF NULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING @ Igang, Palma Gil, Talaingod, DDN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Talaingod now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF NULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING @ Igang, Palma Gil,, Talaingod, Davao del Norte under MEO 20% DF CY 2026. Completion of the Works is required by 180 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
