1. The Municipal Government of Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental, through 20% Local Government Development Fund C.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum off Four Million Pesos (₱ 4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Gymnasium) - Buca Integrated High School located at Barangay Buca, Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental which will be implemented by Contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
