CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING FOR DISTRICT OFFICE I
1) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich, through the 20 LDF Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (PhP 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING FOR DISTRICT OFFICE I under Project Code # GF-2025-274. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
