1. The Local Government of Maasim, through the 20% AIP CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building-Covered Court, Project ID NO.MAA-SAR-INF-009-2026 at Barangay Nomoh, Maasim, Sarangani Province. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Maasim now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Forty (140) Calendar Days.
