1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CAMALIGAN, through the LGSF FA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos and 14/100 (Php. 2, 999, 988.14) pesos only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING-CHILD DEVELOPEMNT CENTER (SUHAI) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CAMALIGAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required to be completed within One Hundred Thirty (130) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
