Description : 1. The Local government Unit of Jipapad, Eastern Samar through the LGSF-FALGU and LGU Funds apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Seven Pesos and Seventeen Centavos (P4, 755, 267.17) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) as payment under the contract for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Child Development Center) in Barangay Agsaman, Jipapad, Eastern Samar.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 91840, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
