MacArthur, through the FY 2025 Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (LGSF_FALGU) and LGU Counterpart Contribution intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos Only (Php 4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Multi-purpose Building (Child Development Center) in Barangay 04, Poblacion, General MacArthur Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
