1. The Local Government Unit of BUGUEY, through the Assistance to Local Government Units - Local Government Support Fund (ALGU_LGSF), intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION PESOS (P 10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING at CENTRO, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Buguey now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING at CENTRO, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN. Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
