Serna, this city (ITB No. Infra-26-103). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Surigao now invites bids for Construction of Multi Purpose Building, Brgy. Serna, this city (ITB No. Infra-26-103). Completion of Works is required 150 calendar days.
