The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of two million pesos (Php 2, 000, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-purpose Building at Bokbokon Elementary School. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 130 calendar days.
