Project Identification Number-2026-04-2002
1. The City Government of Lipa, through Current Year Appropriation 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Eight Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos only (P7, 830, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT BARANGAY SAN SEBASTIAN, LIPA CITY, with Project Identification Number-2026-04-2002.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Lipa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hunded Ten (210) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
