Invitation to Bid for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Barangay San Pedro
1) The Local Government Unit of Bacacay, through the LDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Thirty-Four Pesos & 09/100 (₱4, 997, 034.09), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Barangay San Pedro, Bacacay, Albay (Public Bidding No. 2026-004). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Bacacay now invites bids for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Barangay San Pedro. Completion of the Works is required 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
