1) The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Naguilian, Isabela through the FY2026 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT (20% Development Fund))3 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Pesos (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Barangay Quezon, Naguilian, Isabela (Phase 2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU Naguilian, Isabela now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Barangay Quezon, Naguilian, Isabela (Phase 2) Completion of the Works is required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
